FABRIC COMMUNICATION
Share us with your ideas of the designs, our delegated team can help source the right fabrics and send you the swathes photos&videos to choose from in very shortly whether you have specific fabric needs or with our professional advises to get the suitable ones.
SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT
After communication of the fabric, our in house pattern makers will bring your design into life with the intended fabrics, trims and specification regarding measurements, embroidery, and washes etc. with basic cost around USD80-150. All samples will allows one to two times alerting after the first sample and after you approve the final sample and cost, we have can move to bulk production.
BULK PRODUCTION
Our factory has skilled craftsmen utilize state-of-the-art equipment and techniques to produce high-quality garments that meet your exact specifications. Major processes in manufacturing include 1)fabric inspection&shrinkage 2)cutting—we have a system to record the cutting panel and it can be scanned to see the quantity and current stage for each cutting panel. 3)sewing (sometime block fusing is needed before sewing) 4)Pressing 5)Trimming 6)final Inspection 7)Packing 8)Assembling 9)Shipping
